DISCOVERY
On November 15, 1985, the remains of a deceased female were discovered near Hinton, Alberta, Canada. Located in the foothills, the town of less than 10,000 is located approximately 284 km west of Edmonton.
AUTOPSY
Very little is known regarding the decedent’s cause of death or how she wound up where she was found. All that investigators have said is that she was likely last seen alive sometime before 1975.
DETAILS
Outside of her being an Indigenous female between the ages of 16 and 30, we don’t know much about Jane Doe. No details are available regarding her height and weight, and we have no information as to her hair or eye colour. It’s also unclear if she was wearing any clothing or jewellery when her remains were discovered.
