DISAPPEARANCE:

The reports surrounding Belinda Williams’ disappearance differ, depending on the source. Her father and sister say they last saw her in Vancouver, British Columbia at some point in July 1976, while other sources say her family last came into contact with her in ’77.

The official date listed by the RCMP states that Belinda was last seen on July 1, 1976.

Despite going missing in the 1970s, Belinda wasn’t reported missing to the Stl’Atl’lmx Tribal Police in Mount Currie, British Columbia until February 2004. The case was subsequently handed over to the RCMP.

INVESTIGATION:

Very little has been publicly released regarding the investigation into Belinda’s disappearance. However, the authorities have shared that the 24-year-old was last seen in Mission, British Columbia.

DETAILS:

Belinda Gurtrude Williams was last seen on July 1, 1976 in Mission, British Columbia, Canada.

At the time of her disappearance, the 24-year-old stood between 5’1″ and 5’2″, and weighed 117 pounds. She had black hair and brown eyes, and a tattoo of the letter “B” on the webbing of her right hand. Other distinguishing features include a scar below one of her eyes and on her right arm, as well as a crooked right little finger.
