EARLY LIFE: Dail Dinwiddie was born on April 12, 1969 to parents Jean and Dan Dinwiddie. The family, which also includes her brother Drew, resided in Columbia, South Carolina. Dail was described as a bright and fun woman whose smile could light up a room. Incredibly smart, she had an infectious laugh and many friends.
